Our Datacenter operates on its own head office, with smart power generation unit and climate control and appropriate levels of temperature and humidity monitored 24- hours a day, allowing real-time switching to our mirrored remote datacenter on the minimum flaw indication.
Counting on an uninterrupted 24x7 operation (24hs all seven days of the week), we develop applications to comply with high levels of availability and reliability where there is the need for maximum security and great scalability to support any scale of growth and processing volume.

Our applications function in balanced clusters with local and remote redundancies of information processing and storage automatically switched in real time. The application’s updates are performed on the remote terminals automatically without any human intervention or interruption of the operation. The central processing core undergoes planned gradual updates without any interruption of services and with high levels of SLA (Service Level Agrement).


Our 24-hour monitoring center instantly reports any occurrence in real time, making smart decisions to not interrupt services and informing the competent areas so they are able to solve the problems presented in the shortest time possible.

Our security levels require physical and logical user access controls through electronic hardkeys or smart cards. Our informations are stored using auditable security levels and with checkpoint records placed in bank vaults when necessary.
